Cancellation Policy
30 August 2025: Convention Registration Cancellation Deadline
All cancellations made after 30 August 2025, will be non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.
Cancellations can be completed by sending an email to registration@africaforum2025.com
- Approved registration cancellations will be subject to the standard cancellation processing fee of US$30 per registration.
- Approved cancellation requests should include the desired method of refund (i.e., bank transfer, registration transferred to another member, on site reimbursement etc.). Failure to note the method of refund will result in a credit to on site reimbursement.
- Refund requests must be relevant to the current forum year.
- Additional/multiple payment of convention registration for the same person can only be transferred to another Lion/Leo or refund physically at the Forum with a portal charges of 10%.
Convention Registration Information
The registration fee provides admission to the Forum. Registrants will receive an official name badge, official convention program, Forum kit and entrance for the International Show. All changes (name change, arrival/departure date revisions) must be submitted in writing by 30 August 2025, to secretariat@africaforum2025.com
- All registrants will pick up their name badge onsite at Forum. Please bring your Lions International Official Registration Confirmation with you to scan and print your badge. Lions International will not mail badges in advance.
- The Lions International official name badge must be worn to gain admittance to the Forum exhibit hall, official events and to ride the shuttle buses.
